Price Value Quality The bat was awesome out of the wrapper, but developed a nasty rattle and lost all pop after just 50-100 hits in good weather. I saw no reason for a bat to go bad that fast so i sent it back, waiting on a reply.

Price Value Quality just bought my salvo yesterday took it out for some bp and wow the pop that this bat has is amazing i just hope that it continues to pop after the break in period

- hotter at first
-
Price Value Quality I'm a line drive hitter who like to spray balls all over the field. This bat is actually hotter out of wrapper. At my first couple of bp's, i was hitting hard lines left and right, couple of hits even went over the fence. After hitting about 150 balls with it, i noticed a significantly decreased "pop off the bat" feeling. Is there anyone having similar problems?

Quality Price Value I've been playing softball for a few years now and after switching from bat to bat I decided to buy my own. I've been a homerun hitter my entire life but I was looking for something that didn't need a long break in time and the Salvo was the perfect fit. I still hit bombs when I need to but I've been hitter cleaner up the middle!

- Decent "D" League Bat
-
Value Quality Price This bat was a decent bat with a good amount of pop but I really wish there was a little more end weight. All and all a good bat even though I had to send it in for a warranty claim because of a rattle that developed after two seasons (Summer and Fall) of use. A good bat for someone getting back into softball or not extremely competitive.

- Hot bat until....
-
Value Quality Price From the 1st swing it was HOT, And then after 75-100 hits it had a rattle in the barrel with a bad vibration. Every hit was a thud after that. Sent it back we will see how the replacement bat does

- Truly Manufactured to Hit Bombs
-
Quality Price Value ive tried every single bat in the game thats out and have never had a bat hit as good as the salvo. i traded my ssr4 for it (which didnt seem like a good deal for me) but turned out amazing!! i couldnt hit with my ssr4 because i am a power hitter and the bat just flexed too much i tried out the salvo and my first shot was a 375+ft BOMB! i hit it out of angels stadium at the BLD in west covina to deep right center and everyone was amazed with the shot as well as i was! this is the best bat ive ever owned!!!!

- Great Bat
-
Price Value Quality This is a Great Bat!!! I feel like I hit a popup and the ball goes 310 easy! Takes a while to break in but be patient, trust me its DEFINATELY WORTH IT!!! My previouse bat was a demarini juggernaut, and the salvo is up there with it! People complain about their bat braking after a few weeks, but some batches are bad, and theyre still underwarranty so just get another. CANT BEAT THIS BAT FOR THE PRICE

- sounds CRACKED when it hits/is tapped on the ground
-
Price Value Quality If the barrel or handle is tapped gently on the ground the bat rattles and makes an waful sound. only had it a a week and only has around fifty sings on it. i live overseas, but i'm gonna try to contact eastn for a replacement. this sucks...?

Price Value Quality I bought my Salvo in Sep 2010 not too long after they came out. I got it before everyone found out how good they. Good thing I did or I wouldnt be able to find them now. Im no power hitter by any stretch but this bat makes me look good. Alot of the players on my team prefer to use this bat. Im just waiting on it to break in fully.

- best bat for the money
-
Price Value Quality I recently picked up this bat when one of my team mates brought his to a game and it quickly became the go to stick for team. I've always been more of a contact/single type hitter, and the first time I used the bat I drove in a screaming HR. Needless to say I had to have my own and I haven't looked back or had the desire to even pick up my more expensive bat from another "which shall go un-named" company.

Price Value Quality Ive hit every ASA Easton available. SCN3 and everything else. SALVO is LEGIT! Incredible bat - I have no idea how they are legal in ASA.

- Awesome BAT!!!
-
Value Quality Price I have had this bat for 2 weeks now & there are about 200 swings already. I play on 2 softball teams & after the 1st game, it is now the preferred bat for both teams. I purchased the 30 oz as I like a heavier bat & everyone says it feels like a 28 oz. It has great pop & it is starting to heat up !! I would definitely recommend this bat (if you can find one) for your softball team as it will become the preferred team bat. I would purchase a 28oz if I could get my hands on one just to offer a different size for my 2 teams.

- Boomstick!
-
Price Value Quality Hit a ground rule double with my 27 ounce Salvo that went about 305 (centerfield is 310 at my league). The Salvo has changed things for me and several teammates in only 3 games so far (look on players' faces on other teams is pricless too). Primarily a hard line drive hitter, I started hitting some shots with the power trajectory ("bombs") along with my hard liners when I switched to the Salvo.
My 27 ounce Slavo and new found power dimension inspired me to snag a 30 ounce Salvo this week for a max power ASA bat. Started breaking the 30 ounce in on a tee and am feeling really good about the early results of the extra 3 ounces. Weight distribution is excellent with the Salvos so bat feels/swings lighter, and I am still generating great bat speed with the 30.

- Great bat all around
-
Price Value Quality while shopping for bats, this bat felt the best for my swing with me being a line drive hitter (not a big fly hitter). Its well balanced so i can whip it thru the hitting zone with no problem without dropping the barrel a little bit resulting in those annoying pop ups or routine fly balls. My first hit was a rocket up the middle and boy i tell you, you can feel how great it comes off the bat. Its great for long balls to, im only 5'5 but i can occasionally suprise outfielders and hit rockets over there heads. This bat has great pop outa the wrapper and i cant wait to break this in fully. I did not like the grip (well i hate all grips) so i took it off and use bat tape which gives me a better feel. But to each his own, i love this bat, and i think everyone should try it when they get a chance

- HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
-
Price Value Quality This bat felt OK at first, BUT after 2 games ( which equaled out to be 6 at bats) the handel splintered. I would never recommend this bat to anyone. It looks very cool with the orange, grey, and black but past that it was no good. Please save the hassle and do not buy this bat. Go with MIKEN!!!!!!, so much better. I bought a Miken Freak FX700 the same day and it has about 500-600 hits on it and only got better.

Price Value Quality I ordered an Easton Synergy Speed BH SVR6 and sent it back after I hit this bat. Grabbed buddy's Salvo because mine wasn't here yet and hit 340 bomb. Why pay the extra money? Was told the bat had only been used maybe 10 times before I hit it. Definatley the best feeling bat out of the new Easton line and if you can hit the SS just walk back to the dugout as it goes over the fence.

Price Value Quality Used a friends Salvo for a few games. Liked it so much I went and bought my own. Best bast I've hit with in a long time. First swing with the bat was a home run over 300 ft to lead off a game. highly recommended.

-
Value Quality Price Im not really a home run hitter, despite my size, i like watching the outfielders back up when i come to plate and drop it in front of them and get a double off of it. but this bat sure has a lot of pop and i just want to go jack it every time i step into the box. Absolutely love this bat!!!!!!!!!!!

Quality Price Value bought bat a couple weeks ago and have found it to be explosive at the plate. our asa team is pretty new but we were able to have everyone get solid hits with this bat and a demarini The One and we pulled out two dubs in our first games of the season. i can tell that the salvo is improving with every at bat. awesome overall

-
Value Quality Price A friend of mine told me he had a new bat so we went to take some bp last week. Out of the wrapper that day I hit 13 bombs out of about 25 pitches with it, and wasn't that far ahead of the rest of the guys I was with. Needless to say I had to pick one up two days later. Can't wait until it warms up so I can use mine. Great bat easton and great price!

Value Quality Price I have a Worth and a Demarini white steel. The Easton Salvo feels better and out performs and that is just in the cage, can't wait to hit on a field. I am busting line drives to the net on the back side of the cage. Great sweet spot, perfect for an outside pitch hitter. Feels very HOT!!!!

Price Value Quality This bat surpasses the hype. Outperforms the Freak 98, The One and the F2. I can't put this bat down, it is that amazing! I unwrapped the bat and hit 6 jacks taking BP after only hitting 2 in the past 3 seasons. This bat will turn line drives and deep fly balls into HR's. You will not regret buying this bat and it gets hotter every time out!

-
Price Value Quality For $185 this is a great deal for a good performing bat out of the wrapper. I hit this just as good out of the wrapper as a well broken in AV, but I think it lacks some distance behind a SCN9. Won't touch an Extended, but still a great deal for $185.

- Best bat on Market
-
Price Value Quality This is the best ASA legal bat on the market. It wont hold up the USSSA bats, but for ASA it is the ticket. It took a little bit of time to break it in, but once it has a few hits on it, it is a great line drive bat, with a "bit" of pop on it. Well worth the investment, I just hope it lasts more that one season. Keep it away from your team mates, they wont keep there hands off of it.

Price Value Quality Had been using a Stealth in non-asa leagues and tourney. bought this one to replace my againg demarini evo in asa and have been extremely pleased. Bat is well worth the money and I love the slight end load feel. Used in asa tourney the week after getting bat only a couple dozen hits and it was hitting the fence in the tourney where there were no hrs with avg balls provided. began using bat in NSA league while stealth being replaced for damage and I apologize to the pitchers in the last 2 games. hit each one, ball was on them as they were moving backwards to 2nd before they could get gloves up. not a huge hr hitter, but this bat is changing that hitting 315+ bombs in BP with decent asa balls. nsa balls 340+ very highly recommend this one.

-
Value Quality Price I bought this bat yesterday and just took it out for some BP today with a couple friends. Within the first 100 hits together we hit about 15 homers (on a 275' fence). I bought a Miken Recoil a couple of years back and the Easton Salvo easily has it beat. Hottest bat I know of out of the wrapper. I have the one with the orange <E> on the end cap. For $199 you cant go wrong with this bat. This bat is a must.

I bought one and it suxs stings my hands and dont feel good at all and has no pop.
